Services provided direct to Owners and Developers includes the following:
1. Owner’s Engineer/Representative to drive the delivery of key upgrades and new facility projects by overseeing a separately contracted design team and the contractor on behalf of an Owner.
2. Leadership and management of an entire architectural and engineering design team to provide full design and construction support services to the Owner.
Services provided to Architects and Engineers includes the following:
1. Support in business development and marketing strategy to pursue and win facility projects.
2. Project delivery support to strengthen and supplement the design/project team. Potential project delivery roles include project management, design management, QA/QC, client management, programming, planning, owner’s engineer, advisory services, negotiations, contract review, and construction administration.

Providing a balanced approach to Expert Witness support to Lawyers and Owners that are dealing with litigation around building design, construction, and operational safety. Over 25 years of experience in facility design, construction oversight, and a strong understanding in operational safety for various building types allows Mr. Wolfe to support a wide range of facility litigation cases. In addition to these areas of personal expertise, Mr. Wolfe is also able to leverage a network of subject matter experts in the A&E industry to provide additional evaluation of various design and construction topic areas. Mr. Wolfe’s network and clear communication style provides a streamlined single point of contact to manage the various technical experts that are needed to evaluate complex engineering, construction, and safety issues for facilities.
Services provided direct to Lawyers and Owners includes the following:
1. Expert advice (consulting) and high-level evaluation on building construction issues, engineering/architecture design, and safety concerns within and around buildings to generally support a potential claim/case for an Owner.
2. Expert witness support (trial prep, background research, analysis, report development, deposition, and testimony) on facility design and construction related issues.
3. Direct management of other technical experts (expert witnesses and engineering forensic consultants) to provide streamlined communication, organized deliverables (findings reports and technical analysis), and support in translating technical findings into lay person terminology.
