About BD Consulting

Background
I have worked for over 25 years in the architecture and engineering (A&E) industry and during most of that time I have been focused on developing facility/building projects of many different types. In addition, I have also served in various project and leadership roles for a large global engineering firm. These roles included mechanical engineer, design manager, project manager, principal-in-charge, QA/QC lead, operations manager, marketing and business development lead and major program director. Through these many experiences, I have been able to discover what drives and motivates me as both a professional and an individual. I truly love building “things” and therefore designed my consulting business to help my clients build their facilities, build their organizations, and protect their facility investments when issues arise.  

BD Consulting is here to help Owners develop exceptional facilities that meet their operational needs and are in line with the project’s schedule and budget. We also are interested in supporting Lawyers and Owners, when issues arise related to building design, construction, and operation. Lastly, we’re here to support other A&E firms deliver facility projects for their clients as well as provide management consulting services to enhance operations, marketing, business strategy and leadership development activities.
